What's Not Covered
- Loss, theft, or intentional damage
- Damage caused by improper care — exposure to chlorine, harsh chemicals, or extreme force
- Normal surface wear and minor scratches over time
How to Claim
Email support@shopconture.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We respond within 24 hours and arrange a repair or replacement at no charge.
