Jewelry Resizing Service
Need a different size? We've got you. Conture offers resizing on all ring and bracelet styles. Most resizing requests are completed and shipped back within 5–7 business days.
How to Request a Resize
- Email support@shopconture.com with your order number and the size you need.
- We confirm eligibility and send a prepaid return label.
- Ship your piece back to us.
- We resize, inspect, polish, and ship it back at no charge for return shipping.
Rings
We can size rings up or down by up to 3 sizes from the original. Resizing beyond 3 sizes may affect the setting integrity and is evaluated case by case. A member of our team will advise before any work is done.
Bracelets & Chains
We can add or remove links on most bracelet and chain styles. Just send your order number and the target length — we'll tell you exactly what's possible for your specific piece.
Resizing Fees
- Within 30 days of purchase: Complimentary
- 31–90 days: $15 flat fee
- 90+ days: $25 flat fee
- Return shipping: Always on us
Turnaround Time
Standard resizing takes 5–7 business days from when we receive your piece. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as it ships back.
