Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Because pieces ship directly from our fulfillment partners rather than a local warehouse, please build transit time into your expectations — especially around a gift date.
United States
Standard shipping is free on orders of $99 or more; orders under $99 ship for a flat $8. Express shipping is available for $15 at checkout, which prioritizes handling but does not change international transit time.
Typical delivery: 2–4 weeks from when your order ships. Some pieces arrive sooner; during high-volume periods (holidays, major sales) it can run longer. If your order is taking longer than 4 weeks, email us — we'll track it down.
International
We ship to 25+ countries. Rates are calculated live at checkout via USPS or DHL Express based on your destination. Typical delivery: 3–5 weeks. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Some tracking numbers take a few days to activate once generated — that's normal.
Why it's not overnight
We keep prices low by shipping pieces directly from our fulfillment partners instead of marking up through a local warehouse. The tradeoff is time, not quality — every piece is the same one described on its product page. If you need something fast, email us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make your date.
