Price Match Guarantee
Price Match Guarantee
Found a comparable moissanite piece for less? Send it to us and we'll beat it by 5%.
How it works
- Find a comparable moissanite piece at a lower price from another online retailer.
- Email charlesscalesmoney@gmail.com with a link to their live listing.
- We check that it's genuinely comparable — same stone type and grade, same base metal, same approximate carat weight — and reply within one business day.
- If it qualifies, we send you a single-use code for 5% below their listed price, including their shipping cost.
What qualifies
- Lab-created moissanite, graded VVS clarity or better with a lab report
- A comparable base metal — we compare sterling to sterling, plated to plated
- In stock, publicly listed, and available to ship to your address
- Requested before you order, or within 7 days of your order date
What doesn't
- Clearance, flash sale, closing-down, member-only or coupon-stacked pricing
- Uncertified stones, cubic zirconia, or lab-grown diamond
- Listings that don't state their base metal
- Auction listings, marketplace resellers, and sellers without a published returns policy
- Prices below our own cost — we'll tell you honestly if that's the case rather than take the order
Limits
One price match per order, up to $50 off, and it can't be combined with other discount codes. We match the price at the time you contact us; if their price changes afterwards, the code you were issued still stands until it expires in 14 days.
