Whether you want a one-of-a-kind piece built to your specs, a set of matching bracelets for a group, or wholesale pricing for your store — Conture handles it all. Every custom order includes a GRA certificate and lifetime warranty, same as our standard collection.

What You Can Customize

Metal color — 14K gold, white gold, or rose gold plating over 925 sterling silver
Stone size — choose from 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, or 6mm VVS moissanite
Length & width — custom sizing on all tennis bracelets, chains, and Cuban links
Stone color — D-F colorless, or fancy colors (yellow, blue, pink, black) on select styles
Engraving — names, dates, initials, or short phrases on select pieces
Mixed sets — coordinate multiple pieces (bracelet + chain + pendant) in matching specs
Packaging — custom gift boxes, branded inserts, or bulk plain packaging for resellers

Order Tiers

Individual Custom (× 1–4 pieces): Single custom-built pieces. Standard retail pricing applies. Lead time: 7–10 business days. Deposit: 50% upfront, balance due before shipping.
Small Bulk (× 5–19 pieces): Ideal for wedding parties, groomsmen sets, matching couple sets, or gifts. 10–15% discount off standard prices. Lead time: 10–14 business days. Deposit: 50% upfront.
Medium Bulk (× 20–49 pieces): Corporate gifting, event giveaways, influencer packages. 15–25% discount. Lead time: 14–21 business days. Deposit: 30% upfront.
Wholesale (× 50+ pieces): For boutique owners, resellers, and distributors. Up to 40% off wholesale pricing. Unbranded packaging available. We also offer white-label options with your logo on the gift box. Lead time: 21–30 business days. Deposit: 30% upfront. Net-30 terms available for established accounts.

How to Place a Custom or Bulk Order

Include the following in your message:
- Product style(s) you want (link to the product page if available)
- Quantity per style
- Metal color and stone size preferences
- Any engraving text or special requests
- Your desired delivery date
- Your shipping address
We respond within 1–2 business days with a detailed quote including per-unit pricing, total, lead time, and a payment link for your deposit.
Confirm and pay your deposit to lock in your order. Production begins immediately after deposit received.
We send production updates at the midpoint and when your order ships, with full tracking information.

Lead Times & Rush Orders

Standard lead times are listed above per tier. If you have a hard deadline — a wedding, event, or launch date — let us know upfront. Rush production (7 days or fewer for bulk) may be available for an additional fee depending on current capacity. We'll always be upfront about whether we can hit your date before you pay.

Net-30 terms available for wholesale accounts with an established order history

If you're a boutique, jewelry retailer, or online seller looking to carry Conture in your store, we offer a dedicated wholesale program:

Minimum opening order: 50 units (mix and match styles)
Wholesale pricing: 40–55% below retail MSRP
White-label option: your logo on packaging, no Conture branding
Ongoing reorders: no minimums after the opening order
Dropshipping available for established partners (MOQ waived, per-unit fee applies)

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I see a sample before placing a large bulk order?: Yes. Order any standard piece from the site first. If your bulk order is 50+ units, we can send a custom sample at a reduced rate and apply the cost toward your full order.
Are custom orders returnable?: No — custom and personalized pieces are non-returnable. However, they are covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If there is a production error on our end, we will remake or refund at no charge.
Do you ship internationally?: Yes. We ship worldwide. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We'll include a commercial invoice with customs-friendly declared values.
Can I mix styles in a bulk order?: Absolutely. Mix any combination of styles, lengths, and metal colors to hit your quantity tier. Pricing is based on total unit count, not per style.
What if I need to make changes after placing the order?: Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing the order at no charge. After production begins, changes may not be possible or may incur a fee depending on how far along your order is.
